Application can now specify the required size of the image (width & height) and the image is scaled to fit these values.
A [canvas] section in style files that specifies the size of the video frame that contains image. This is used for scaling calculations and also provides the data the enables images smaller than the video frame, such as captions, maintain their position correctly when the image is re-scaled.
